Because you see your finished website before paying, there is nothing to refund if you decide not to proceed — you simply don't pay. Once you have approved a site and paid the one-off fee, that payment is for completed work and is non-refundable, except where the work materially fails to match what was agreed (in which case we will fix it, or refund the difference if we cannot).
The deposit paid on acceptance of a quote covers work scheduled and carried out and is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a custom build partway through, you will be charged for work completed up to that point; any amount paid above that will be refunded.
Subscription products are billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time and you will not be billed again; the service remains active until the end of the current paid month. Any free-trial terms are shown at sign-up.
If you are a consumer (not a business), you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service bought at a distance. Where you ask us to start the work within that period, you agree that you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed, and that if you cancel partway through you will pay for what has already been done. These statutory rights are in addition to, and not limited by, anything else in this policy.
