What are the AI solutions and how do they work?

Fair Play Web offers three AI products: an AI Phone Receptionist that answers your business calls 24/7, an AI Voice Chat widget that lets visitors speak to your website, and an AI Text Chatbot for text-based conversations. All three are trained on your specific business data (your services, prices, opening hours and FAQs), so they give accurate, specific answers rather than generic responses. Monthly subscription, no contract, setup fee applies.

How long does AI setup take?

Most AI products are set up within 3–5 working days. We gather your business data (services, prices, FAQs, policies), train the AI, test it, and deploy it. You get a chance to test it yourself before it goes live. If your business changes, retraining is included in the subscription.

Does “see it before you pay” apply to everything?

That applies to web design. Custom builds (software, automation, AI tools) need proper scoping before a line of code is written, so they work on a written-scope-and-fixed-quote model with a free scoping call.

How quickly can a website be ready?

Most small business sites are ready inside 3–5 working days. You get a preview link to review before anything is invoiced.

What does a custom-build scoping call cover?

20 minutes, no prep needed. We map the problem (what's painful, what's already in place), agree what would success look like, and whether I'm the right person. You get a written scope and fixed quote within 48 hours. Free, no obligation either way.

What happens if a custom build runs over scope?

The fixed quote is the fixed quote. If you add a new requirement mid-build, we agree a small change-order. If I underestimated, that's my problem to absorb. That's what the scoping call is for.

Some companies offer free websites. Why pay £300?

“Free” websites usually mean they own the site and you rent it back at £40–80 a month on a contract — cancel and you lose everything.
