I've been building websites and software for years. The same frustration kept coming up: a business owner pays a deposit, waits weeks, and gets something they never wanted. By then the money's gone and the leverage has shifted entirely to whoever sold the project.

That's not fair, especially for a small business where a website or a tool is a serious spend. You should know what you're getting before you're committed.

For web design, I flipped the model. I build your complete, working site first. You get a live preview link, take your time, and decide. Love it? Pay once and we go live. Don't love it? No invoice, no awkward conversation. That's the Fair Play promise, and it only applies to web design.

For custom builds (automation, AI tools, bespoke software), you can't demo something that doesn't exist yet. So those work differently: a free scoping call, a written scope, and a fixed quote before any build starts. No surprises, no vague “we'll figure it out as we go.”

For products like Bosh, there's no custom build phase. When it launches you'll subscribe and the CRM runs in the background. Bosh is coming soon; register interest if you want early access. Three paths, three honest processes. We don't pretend they work the same way.
